Art deco style is the gift that keeps on giving! Born in the roaring 20s, it was a nod to opulence, modernity, hedonism and technology. Textiles and colours were rich, there was enough mirroring and gold detailing to leave you giddy, and everything had a playful element to it. The geometric shapes that we keep seeing come back into fashion time and time again also originated with the Art Deco styling, as a result of technological innovations in printing.
Mirrors are a must in any home, making your room look bigger whilst also reflecting light, allowing for a brighter space. Art deco mirrors, in particular, make a statement in any home, regardless of your interior design style. You can find a variety across the web, with varying prices, however the detailed nature of art deco mirrors can often mean they are in a higher price bracket. I have looked far and wide, and here are my favourite finds for art deco mirrors!
Full length art deco mirrors
This full length art deco mirror makes a bold statement with black framing, and would be well suited to industrial, and even minimalist style homes as well.

The gold detailing on this full length mirror adds an element of luxe to any room, and looks great in both neutral colour palettes and darker tones.

This playful, green framed mirror gives a lot of bang for your buck, and fits in with Oliver Bonas’ typical retro styling. Add for a pop of colour to any room.

Mid-length art deco mirrors
The shape of this Mirror Mania mirror is truly unique, and gives a nod to the industrial era, which was common during the art deco period. The gold detailing also adds a touch of sophistication, making it a perfect addition to any minimal dining room or living room.

This Melody Maison fan mirror is a true reflection of the art deco mirrors that were so popular in the 1920s, and looks like a vintage art deco mirror. Would go well in any interior designs that are trying to stay true to the art deco period.

Another William Wood mirror, framed in black. This would look stunning in any home, and looks great in a minimalist, neutral toned room for additional intrigue on otherwise bare walls.

Another unique piece from Mirror Mania, which is hand crafted and ornate (and that is reflected in the price!). This time with black detailing, this art deco mantle mirror would look perfect in a neutral or darker toned bedroom, or over a mantlepiece.

Frameless art deco mirrors
- Melody Maison deco frameless mirror – £41.95
A gorgeous, frameless fan mirror from Melody Maison, at a very reasonable price. The lack of frame makes the mirror less ‘in-your-face’, and it would make a soft and sophisticated addition to any room in your home.

William Wood have put together this gorgeous skyline art deco frameless mirror – a mix of both Art Deco styles and some pieces that were very popular in the early 2000s. This wide mirror would make a great addition to a bare wall in the dining room, to reflect lots of beautiful light!

This full length, frameless beauty from Decorative Mirrors Online brings understated glamour to any room, and would look stunning with a more muted design.

That’s it for my top 10 art deco mirrors! Let me know if you find any that would make a good addition to this list.
